Matt Edwards established PPM back in 2009 in order to help clients navigate planning and disputes in the Construction Industry.

 

He has worked in the Construction, Civils, Engineering, Marine, DSU Insurance and Renewable Industries on projects at all stages and in managerial positions. 

 

He has worked for Tier 1/2 Main Contractors and Subcontractors, Government Departments, Local Authorities, Private clients and Public clients. He has been involved in a disputes ranging from over £1 BN and less since 2005.

 

In essence he has worked as both defendant and claimant in the claims industry in both Ireland and Internationally.

Owing to his extensive knowledge and background in forensic delay analysis and being mentored as a planning engineer, his speciality is claims preparation and Extension of Time applications for projects.

​

He has worked as expert programme adviser in Conciliations, Adjudications, Mediations and Arbitrations.
